Why I Created Limitless You
There came a point in my own life when I realised something that nobody had prepared me for. Leaving the relationship wasn’t the end of the journey. It was the beginning of another one.
Although I was finally safe, I still questioned my judgement. I doubted my decisions. I second-guessed myself. Like many women, I discovered that reaching safety doesn’t automatically restore trust in yourself.
That’s when RTT® became a turning point for me.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® helped me access the root beliefs that were keeping me stuck and begin rebuilding the self-trust I had lost.
With RTT® and other powerful tools, I found my own way forward. That experience, and the transformation it created in my life, is what led me to train in RTT® and hypnotherapy so I could help other women do the same. Today, my work supports women throughout Australia as they rebuild life after toxic, controlling and emotionally harmful relationships.
Many women are supported through the immediate crisis, yet very little exists for what comes afterwards.
Limitless You was created to help fill that gap.

No two women arrive with exactly the same experiences, needs or goals. Every Limitless You pathway is tailored around your personal circumstances, your goals and the future you want to create.
Professional Scope
Limitless You is committed to maintaining high professional standards through ongoing professional development, appropriate insurance and ethical practice.
- Limitless You does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, replace medical or psychological care, or provide emergency or crisis intervention.
- Suitability is discussed before services begin. Where another form of support would be safer or more appropriate, you will be encouraged to contact a GP, psychologist, crisis service or another suitably qualified professional.
- Rapid Transformational Therapy® is not suitable for everyone. RTT® should not be used, or should only be considered with appropriate medical clearance and direct clinical supervision, for people with certain conditions, including psychosis, schizophrenia, severe delusions or hallucinations, epilepsy or seizure disorders, dissociative disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder.
- Because RTT® involves hypnosis, emotional recall and regression, these conditions may increase the risk of destabilisation. Please let me know about any relevant diagnoses, neurological condition, medication or current mental-health support during your Clarity Call.
